Mission
Minorities in Technology’s (MiT) mission is to act as a forum to build and foster an inclusive, multicultural environment for underrepresented minority (URM) students in CSE. We strive to create a safe and empowering environment where URM can thrive academically, socially, and professionally. Through events and collaborations, we build pathways to opportunities, foster a community where everyone feels like they belong, and ensure that URM are heard and valued. We also welcome allies who share our mission and are committed to equity in tech.
