Fall Social
We’re so excited to welcome you back for another quarter with MiT! Whether you’re a brand-new member or a returning one, we’re kicking things off with a cozy Fall Social.
At MiT, we believe in creating spaces where underrepresented students in tech can connect and celebrate who we are. This event is all about coming together to build friendships and honor the cultures that make our community so vibrant. We’ll have plenty of treats to enjoy, including a chocolate fountain, apple cider, and other fall snacks to set the mood. We’ll also have fun seasonal activities like pumpkin painting and calavera decorating, a great way to relax, meet new people, and add some fall color to your week.
We’re also creating a temporary ofrenda, a traditional altar of remembrance. If you’d like, bring a photo of a loved one who is no longer with us so we can remember and celebrate them together.
We can’t wait to see you there and start the quarter together on a positive, festive note.
